Reddit Comment Persona: switch generated reply between Customer and Team member voice
Two updates to the Reddit Comment Generator this week:
A new Comment Persona dropdown
A new Comment Persona dropdown now sits at the top of the Reddit Tracker results, alongside the Relevance and Subreddit filters. Two options:
Customer — drafts read like a user who's tried the product. Lands naturally in threads where a vendor reply would feel pushy, and is the right voice in subreddits whose rules ban vendor self-promotion outright.
Team member — drafts read like a member of your team responding directly. Use when transparency is more valuable than the customer voice — for example, in threads where you need to clarify product details or correct a misconception.
Pick once at the top of the view; the choice applies to every comment generated for every post in that view. No more setting it on each card.

Comments are now shorter by default
We cut the default target length in half. The old defaults produced 4–5 paragraph comments; the new ones produce 2 short paragraphs at most.
Long comments don't get read on Reddit. The shorter default also forces the model to lead with the answer instead of warming up with context. You can still ask for a longer draft when a thread genuinely calls for it — but most don't.

Available today
The Comment Persona dropdown is live above the results in Social Listening → Reddit Tracker. The shorter default length applies automatically to every new draft. Pair with subreddit rule enforcement and the Reddit Tracker for the full workflow.
