Reddit Intelligence: assign cited posts to team members and track engagement status
Reddit Intelligence now has two new controls that turn a list of cited posts into an actual workflow.
Assign posts to team members
Every post in your Reddit Intelligence table now has an Assigned To field. Pick any org member from the dropdown and the post is theirs to handle — whether that's writing a comment, flagging it for review, or monitoring the thread.
This matters most when you're running Reddit at any kind of scale. A cited thread with 148 comments and 32 upvotes needs a response from someone — now you can make that explicit without it living in a Slack message or a separate tracker.
Track status per post
Alongside assignment, each post now carries a Status field. Move it from Not Started through to completion as the work gets done.
Together, assignment + status gives you a lightweight but complete view of what's been actioned, what's in progress, and what's sitting untouched — all inside Reddit Intelligence, without exporting anything.

Why this matters
The posts showing up in your cited threads aren't random — they're the exact Reddit content that LLMs are pulling from when they answer questions in your category. Engaging with them matters. These controls make sure that engagement actually happens and doesn't fall through the cracks.
