Introducing the Webflow integration: publish generated content straight to your Webflow CMS

The last gap in the Content Generation and Content Optimization loop has been the handoff to your CMS. The Webflow integration closes it for any team publishing on Webflow.

Connect with a personal access token

The connection flow is simple and explicit. Generate a Webflow Personal Access Token with the four scopes XLR8 needs:

• sites:write

• cms:read

Paste the token into the Connect with Webflow Personal Access Token field and hit Connect with API token. Your token is stored encrypted and only used to call the Webflow API on your behalf — never exposed elsewhere in the platform. Pick a site, pick a collection

After connecting, the configure panel lets you pick which Webflow site and which collection XLR8 should publish into. Multiple workspaces with multiple sites are supported — set the right defaults once, then publish without having to think about routing.

Why it matters

The fastest way to lose the value of generated content is the copy-paste step between the generation tool and the CMS. The Webflow integration removes that step. Generate, optimize, hit publish — and the post is live (or queued as a draft) in seconds.

It also turns the optimization loop into a true loop: refresh in XLR8, publish to Webflow, ping Google + Bing via Indexing, then watch Experiments for the new citations.

Find it under Settings → Integrations → Webflow. The connection takes about a minute once your token is ready. Works alongside Content Staleness so refreshed Webflow pages can re-publish through the same integration that put them live the first time.
