AI Brand Learnings: turn review comments into rules every future draft follows

Every content team gives the same feedback over and over: "We don't call it a dashboard." "Never say cheap." "Lead with the integration, not the price." Until now, those corrections lived in comment threads on individual pieces and disappeared once the piece shipped.

Send comment threads to brand learnings

In the Comments sidebar of any generated piece, check the threads you want to keep and click Add to brand learnings. The button shows how many threads you've selected.

Saved threads get a status badge under the title: Pending, In learnings, or Dismissed. A thread that's already saved can't be selected again, so nothing gets duplicated. The badges now wrap under the title, so they stay fully visible in the sidebar.

Review them in Settings

Selected threads appear under Settings → Brand Corrections → AI Brand Learnings, where you can filter by pending, approved, dismissed, or all. Once a learning is approved, it steers future generated content alongside your organization-level Brand Guidelines.

The whole team can approve and edit

Organization members, not just admins, can now:

• Approve a pending learning with Apply to future content

• Edit a learning's text, except for dismissed items

Admins still control dismissing, adding corrections manually, importing from a document, and deleting.

Why this matters

Brand Guidelines capture what you know about your voice upfront. Brand Learnings capture what you discover while reviewing real drafts, so the system gets closer to your voice with every round of review.

It also changes what comments in the content editor are for. They used to fix one piece. Now they can improve every piece after it, across both Content Generation and Content Optimization.
